It has two storage facilities for the goods located in the village of Opan Stara Zagora and the town of Radnevo. The base in the village of Opan consists of an administrative building, warehouses, as well as the necessary equipment for loading and unloading and a 50 ton electronic weighing machine. The second base is located in the town of Radnevo and is a mill. The two bases have a capacity of 10,000 tons.

Agro Garanti Ltd. offers complete solutions in its base storage in the Opan village, for cereals according to the new European standards. The silos are made of double-sided hot galvanized corrugated steel elements that are connected by bolt connection. They are built on concrete foundations, in which previously have been made ventilation ducts. In the roof, there are special outlets for removal of the already injected air. Grain structures are equipped with high-quality thermal control and use a computer to locate possible fever areas, which prerequisite is the wet grain in the silo.
The silo-storage warehouse at our disposal allows us to accept and store all kinds of cereal, oil and industrial crops at guaranteed optimal conditions. Digital weighbridge, flat warehouses, galvanized metal silos with flat bottom and mechanical ventilation with digital thermal control, conical silos with thermal control, higher capacity of taking in and discharging grain, rough cleaning at reception, capable of reception and warehousing.
We have our own laboratory. Qualified personnel in the laboratory conducts non-stop control on all products and during all stages of the production process.
Processing of sunflower
When cleaning the seeds all living and inert matter are removed - seeds of other cultivated species, the immature, the shrunken and the broken, the damaged by diseases and pests seeds, the remains of plants (weeds, straws, etc.), pebbles, etc. The final removal of all impurities is carried out by a special cleaning machine, provided with a series of sieves for cleaning the seeds of various species of cultivated plants.
When cleaning the seeds, the most difficult to remove are weed seeds, which in shape, size and weight are similar to the seeds of the crop plants. Sorting seeds means separation of the seeds in fractions of size, weight and shape.
The calibration of seeds consists of their division in fractions of size. It is used in the seeds of crops that are grown in wide rows and require thinning the rows.
Production of sunflower flour and unrefined sunflower oil
The workshop has the capacity to process 180 tons of sunflower seed for 24 hours at the following parameters: fat in sunflower flour 50-55% oil.
The shelf life is six months from the date of production.
The finished product is transported in closed and clean vehicles meeting the requirements for the transportation of food products.
For the transportation of each batch of sunflower meal is issued a certificate of quality by the company, according to the Food Act and the other necessary transport documents.
Production of high protein from sunflower meal
In the production factory in the Radnevo town is produced sunflower meal with protein from 16% to 48%. The processing is 50 tons per day. The base has an administrative building, laboratory, scales, flat warehouses and sluices. The innovative technology we use is individual with withdrawal of fiber and increasing the crude protein. With that process we open a new page in the production of high protein feed substances. The enterprise is entered in the register of authorized manufacturers of animal feed to BFSA - ID № 198.
The technological lines are approved and built after project consulting with leading specialists. Crossing flows of different types of raw materials and finished products has been fixed, allowing to minimize the risk of contamination and produce safe complete and complementary compound feed in bulk and packaged form.
Fully automated and computerized manufacturing process allows traceability of the implementation of each batch, for each raw material, included in the composition of recipes for compound feed. A modern laboratory has been built for compound feed and raw materials.
Specialized transportation of grain
The vehicles, in which are transported the raw materials and finished products are certified and meet all safety and quality control requirements. The company provides transportation services in the country and abroad. The company owns a license for international carriage of goods №3462.

Climate change, environmental issues and especially the limited oil reserves found in possession of a small group of exporting countries from which everyone else depends, are among the main prerequisites for seeking suitable environmentally friendly alternatives. For a particularly promising alternative is considered the production of biodiesel. The reasons for considering biodiesel a good alternative are its good characteristics as an alternative diesel fuel for road, bus transport, farm machinery and fuel for industry, as well as the possibility biodiesel to be produced from traditional regional oilseeds such as rapeseed, sunflower and others. Increasing production and use of biodiesel is part of the European strategy for increasing the share of renewable energy sources such as the mandatory 6% of biodiesel added to petroleum diesel.
Biodiesel as a fuel
Biodiesel is a biofuel made from vegetable oil (raw or used) or animal fat. It is a clear liquid and has characteristics similar to those of petroleum diesel, and therefore is considered to be particularly suitable as fuel for standard diesel engines without any additional modifications. Biodiesel can be used in pure form or as an additive to regular diesel. Adding biodiesel to regular diesel does not deteriorate the quality of the latter, and even leads to its improvement, researchers say. One reason for this statement are the better lubricating properties of biodiesel compared to petroleum diesel.

The manure is collected in a preliminary reservoir and then pumped to the digester as the the capacity of the facilities in the livestock farm is 50 000 cubic meters. The bioreactor itself constitutes a hermetically sealed and thermally insulated tank, which is maintained at a constant temperature. Often it is equipped with a stirring system, which assist the mixing and homogenization of the substrate. The waiting time typically ranges from 20 to 40 days, and depends on the type of substrate and the temperature of the fermentation.
